I'm really pleased with this Salford Raw Honey. Didn't really know what to expect after buying regular supermarket honey for years. It's delicious. Had it on my yogurt and fruit and ate it so quickly I probably can't judge the flavour accurately. I did try a little bit on a spoon first and had to resist the urge to eat more directly out of the pot so I guess it's a winner.

So initially I bought this honey as my hay fever has been a nightmare and I heard eating local honey helps. After trying the first spoon though I've become addicted, it tastes amazing. Would highly recommend and ill be back for more. Oh and a plus it has actually helped with the hay fever so double bonus.
